Processing Time

Orders typically enter packing and fulfillment shortly after payment.
Since we are finalizing our third-party warehouse and logistics integration, processing and transit timeframes will be communicated at checkout and/or in the shipping confirmation email, and we will update this page with clearer service levels once confirmed.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volumetric weight, and route availability.

Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details. Some routes may take 24–72 hours to show the first tracking scan—this is normal.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Import duties, taxes, and customs/handling fees may apply depending on your country/region. If taxes/duties are not collected at checkout, they are typically payable by the recipient upon delivery or clearance.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Failure

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, additional reshipment/return costs may apply.

Damaged, Missing, or Exception Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, missing items, or shows an unusual delivery status, contact us promptly with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the outer box and shipping label
  • Photos/video of unboxing (if possible)

We will assist with carrier investigation and provide a reasonable resolution (replacement, refund, or partial refund) depending on the case.

Freight Forwarders / Third-Party Addresses

We do not recommend freight forwarders or third-party consolidation addresses. These shipments involve additional handoffs and can complicate claims. If you choose to use one, related risks may be your responsibility.

Payment Policies

Accepted Payment Methods

Checkout will display available payment methods based on your location (e.g., card, digital wallets). Payments are processed by compliant payment service providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Fraud Prevention

For your security, certain orders may be reviewed or verified. We may cancel and refund orders that fail verification or appear high-risk.

Currency & Bank Fees

Checkout displays the currency and total amount. Your bank or card issuer may charge cross-border or currency conversion fees. These fees are charged by your financial institution, not by us.

Refund Method

Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method. Settlement timing depends on your payment provider/bank.

We put a lot of care into every product we ship. All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or returns.If your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will make it right by sending a replacement.

Refunds & Returns Policies

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Please email us at [mr.bubbles@blankstudio.pro] with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject line.
  • If your order has already entered packing/fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. We will do our best to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Replacements (Defects / Damage / Wrong or Missing Items)

  • Order number
  • A short description
  • Clear photos/videos of the item + outer packaging + shipping label

Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Address & Delivery Notes

Please double-check your address. We’re not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses or freight forwarders/third-party consolidation services.

  • We may review, hold, or cancel orders that appear abnormal or high-risk (e.g., suspected fraud, bulk purchasing, invalid addresses), and issue a refund where applicable.
