Shipping policy

We’ll do our best to get your order to you smoothly. Here’s what to expect.

Processing Time (Not Including Shipping Time)

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Cut-off: orders approved before 4:00 PM (GMT+8) usually ship the same day; after 4:00 PM, the next business day.
  • Warehouse hours: Mon–Sat, 9:00–18:00 (GMT+8). No processing/shipping on Sundays.
  • During large drops/restocks, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days (historically no more than 48 hours additional delay).
  • Holiday closures will be announced in store updates (example: CNY 2026 Feb 14–Feb 22).

Where We Ship From

Most items ship from our Mainland China warehouse. Sensitive cargo (e.g., electronics or higher magnetic content) may be routed via Hong Kong before shipping.

Estimated Transit Times (After Dispatch)

  • Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan: 4–7 business days
  • Southeast Asia & Australia: 10–13 business days
  • Europe & North America: 10–16 business days

Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to carrier or customs conditions.

Tracking

Tracking typically appears within 1–2 hours after warehouse acceptance.
For some international routes, the last-mile tracking number may update 1–3 business days after dispatch. If tracking is past your region’s estimated window with no movement, email jessdessin@gmail.com

Last-Mile Carriers (Southeast Asia)

For Southeast Asia deliveries, the last-mile carrier may vary by destination and route. Below are our most commonly used last-mile partners:

  • Singapore (SG): J&T Express (SG)
  • Malaysia (MY): Comone Express
  • Thailand (TH): Flash Express, Kerry Express
  • Vietnam (VN): Ninja Van

We’ll automatically select the best available route based on destination, delivery speed, and reliability. Your tracking page will show the assigned last-mile carrier once the parcel enters local delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and chargeable weight (actual vs volumetric weight, whichever is higher).
Peak season (Oct–Jan) may include carrier surcharges, reflected at checkout.

Duties & Customs

In most cases, shipments are sent under DDP terms—duties and clearance fees are included, so you typically won’t pay extra upon delivery.
Customs may request additional documents (e.g., sales link or invoice). If needed, we’ll contact you to coordinate.

Cancellations & Address Changes

We can only attempt cancellations or address changes within 24 hours of purchase. Once fulfillment starts or the order ships, changes may not be possible.

Delivery Notes

In many countries/regions, carriers may treat doorstep drop-off as delivered. We recommend shipping to a secure address.

Lost / Damaged / Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it’s lost, contact us within 7 days of shipment at jessdessin@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of outer packaging (label visible) and the issue
